Congratulations!
You're about to be married!

Your head is probably spinning with all the details that need attention—flowers, dresses, tuxes, honeymoon plans, invitations, hotel arrangements, rings, family members, friends, caterers, RSVP's, thank-you notes, printing, photographers...whew!

In all of these details and arrangements, I want to help you with the one thing you may be overlooking—music. But it is one of the most important things! Honestly, a flower might be out of place, a photographer may get a shot a little out of focus, a tux may not fit perfectly and the wedding will go on without a hitch. But if the music in the wedding isn't right, everyone notices!

What we can do...

I want to help make your wedding spectacular. I can provide music, I can find additional singers and instrumentalists, I can even help you choose music.

Just for starters, here are some brief examples of some possibilities. Below you'll find music which has graced many weddings.

Commonly used music for the Prelude:

Adagio (Beethoven)
A beautiful piece which may be perfect for your wedding guests to enjoy...

Allegro (Clementi)
A happy, celebrative piece...

Spiritoso (Clementi)
Another celebrative piece...

Sonata K.545, 2nd mvnt (Mozart)
A beautiful melody for your guests to enjoy...

Medley
While people are being seated, I can also improvise on hymns and other church songs...

Commonly used music for Bridesmaids' Processional:

Canon in D (Pachelbel)
A familiar favorite...

Andante (Clementi)
Less known, but beautifully dignified...

Jesu (JS Bach)
An enduring favorite...

Romanze (Mozart)
Stately; may be perfect for you...

Commonly used music for Bridal March:

Wedding March (Wagner)
The traditional march...but made better on piano!

Wagner, but more intimate...
A new twist on the traditional march...

Trumpet Voluntary (Clarke)
You may hear some people refer to this as written by Purcell...

Commonly used music for the Recessional:

Wedding March (Mendelssohn)
The traditional recessional...

You can hear the flexibility of the piano—it can convey so many moods and emotions. And this listing is only a glimpse of the possibilities. Many other pieces, not listed here, can be used.
